My name is Chloe Stephenson and I am 17 years old. I am doing media studies for A2 and we have to choose between a music video and a horror movie trailer. I have not yet decided what type of video I will be making.
I will be researching and analysing videos to try to get an understanding of how different videos would be filmed, and I will then do research on the conventions of a music or horror video.
My initial idea is to make a music video to an Ed Sheeran song. The song I might use is called 'Afire Love' and I might have someone performing into the camera on most of the verses, and then get some family members to do the narrative parts of the song. I would have people acting out a 'fairytale life' dancing in their old age and then have the image fade into a 'memory' of them when they were younger and have a younger couple to be dancing in the same way.
